The hallways of Le Berceau de la Source are adorned with vibrant colors and dazzling enlargements of delicate details from the works of Blanche Odin, a painter forever linked to Bagnères-de-Bigorre.
From 1877 onwards, Blanche Odin regularly came to Bagnères-de-Bigorre for thermal treatments.
A renowned watercolorist, she gifted around fifty of her works of art to the town in 1938.
Famous for their radiant flowers, Blanche Odin’s watercolors encompass you as you stroll through the corridors of our hotel residence.
The poet Paul Cardeilhac, in his tribute to Blanche Odin, described her flowers as:
